I only have five minutes here...I'll get back later...but for now...there IS a plan already unfolding for the riverfront. It goes under the name of the Union Station Project. Some funding is already available for that. For all you concerned citizens, please contact the town Planning office. Or go up to the second floor of the municipal building and take a gander at some designs hanging in the hallway.
One of the key strategies in getting the harmony project under way is finding people who can a) learn b) talk to all sorts of people with respect. I hate to say it but attitude is the grease. To accomplish this one is going to have to get a lot of people on ones side. And as I say, a lot of people are ready and willing to follow the right leadership on this.
