RSVP & Volunteer Connection of Windham County is a non-profit organization, sponsored by the Corporation for National Service. The organization works to meet community needs by recruiting people to volunteer at non-profit agencies.
Currently, about 500 volunteers of all ages serve at approximately 125 Windham County non-profits. These organizations include schools, hospitals, nursing homes, town offices, arts organizations and many others. There are always more requests for volunteers than there are volunteers to meet them.
People volunteer for many different reasons, and RSVP takes this into account when finding a placement for someone. Even those with busy schedules can find a way to serve their community.
