The item below is from the Brattleboro Selectboard's July 6, 2004 Agenda. Does anyone have any information about the Common Grounds changing it's name and seeking a liquor license?
"10A. First Class Liquor License. Joshua Chambers, d/b/a Free The Arts (formerly Common Ground) is seeking a First Class Liquor License to reopen the business to performing arts. Although Mr. Chambers’ record check is clear, Deputy Chief/Health Officer Mike Bucossi has asked that the request be tabled until the establishment has received a Certificate of Occupancy from Labor & Industry."
