Join Vermont Yankee Workers in Brattleboro for a

Rally For A Fair Contract
4:00 5:30PM
Thursday, August 12
Downtown Brattleboro (at bottom of hill at 5-way intersection)

WHAT'S HAPPENING: Entergy, the company that owns Vermont Yankee and is doing very well on Wall Street, is trying to increase health costs for its employees by over 500%.

They truly plan to subsidize share holder profits out of the pockets of their own employees, says Corey Daniels, VY employee and Unit Chairman IBEW Local 300. The workers are afraid that if Entergy pushes them out on a strike or locks them out that they are not confident in the safety of the plant.

To find out more about a Letter of No-confidence in replacement workers at Vermont Yankee in the event of a strike or lock-out Replacement Workers email info@workerscenter.org or go to their union website at
