News Sources

What news sources on the Internet are you paying attention to? I cruise around in the morning with my cup o' java and scan several domestic sources:

Brattleboro Reformer (very sporatic, but it does have its days...once in a while it piques my interest enough to actually spend $ on an edition...local news only

Rutland Herald (this site has recently been re-designed, and is not as good as it was...66% of vieweres in a poll find the new format less appealing...there are VT state stories and a Southern Vermont section which occasionally out-strips the Reformer on Windham County news)

DRUDGE REPORT (This site, by right-winger Matt Drudge is a collection of links to rews stories Drudge wants people to read. It often picks up obscure stories days before they hit the mass media. It does have a right-wing agenda, however.)

New York Times on the Web (All the news that fits...what the mainstream media wants you to pay attention to...editorial page and letters can be quite interesting)

MY Way...Google's news page...no graphics or ads, so it loads rapidly for those of us without broadband

MSNBC MicroSoft, NBC, Newsweek all rolled into one. Can have intersting commentary

CNN another mainstream outlet...there isn't much difference between any of these domestic sources... sometimes one oujtlet or another will break a story earlier, but mainly its pretty much the same.

My question is, do any of you have suggestions for foreign perspectives on the news that you pay attention to? These sources have occasional links to foreign articles, especially the British press. What do you read to find out how the good 'ole USA is perceived outside its borders?
