The following will summarize those items on the Agenda for the Tuesday, January 4, 2005 Selectboard Meeting

9A Second Class Liquor License. Russ Kriete from Delfaco Corporation will be present to seek approval for a second class liquor license at the Western Ave gas station located at 570 Western Avenue.

10A BaBB Downtown District. Members of Build a Better Brattleboro return to discuss their request for establishment of a Downtown Improvement District (DID) for Brattleboro's designated downtown. BaBB is specifically requesting inclusion of a Special Article for Representative Town Meeting that would allow the Improvement District taxes to be collected by the Town of Brattleboro and disbursed to our designated downtown group, BaBB.

10B Continued Budget Discussions. The board will be presented with information on the following three items in preparation of more detailed discussion at the Budget Worksession scheduled for January 7.

1. Non-Human Service Funding Requests.
2. Rescue Inc.
3. Western Avenue/Union Hill Project.
