A New Hampshire Businessman wanted me to point out to Vermonters his concern that Federal Employees, and there are millions of them, do NOT pay into Social Security. They have a separate pension plan.
So, people who are in favor of new private accounts, can say that it's really been going on for years, because millions of Federal workers do not pay into Social Security.
