I Hope the Coop Steps Up to the Plate

I love the phoney cobblestones at the Coop lot, sort of a reflection of themselves. Oh well saves money, I guess that's the bottomline. Actually I salute the improvements, it's a great use of the space.

I only hope, once everyone's walking and standing and sitting and drinking their Amazakis and Samanthas while eating their Korean Spinach with their plastic forks and clamshell packaging, that there will be segregated recycling receptacles and ones specifically for cigarettes. (let's face it, even hardcore crunchies smoke)

You can't expect everyone to carry their garbage and recycling home any more than you can expect a smoker to properly dispose of their cigarette butts. There could be maybe one area centered along the walk as a central point or perhaps one site at each end of the walk. One by the flag and one by the walking bridge.

I think places of business should be responsible for the impact their patrons have within a certain area. I don't think it's too much to ask.

How's Tinky going to get her doggy doo out from between those phoney cobblestones?
