I'm assuming that by now most property owning residents of our fair burg have received their 2005 Property Tax Bill, studied the document and experienced a severe bout of naseau. A 50% increase?!?! Maybe not all were as high as this but other property owners I've spoken with aren't far off the mark.
Perhaps Brattleboro ahould give some consideration to a whole new event....one guaranteed to line both sides of Main Street.....The Strolling of the Renters.
