From what I can see the plans for Putney Rd are too grand. (and because if this less likely to be implemented)
The Putney Rd area needs to be tied together by creative crosswalks, landscaping, old style lamp posts and signage.
A Walt Disney like complex approach is not necessary and again less likely to get off the ground because of either opposition or lack of funding.
