If you want to see the Fulflex fields continue to be an open space, where people can play sports, picnic, stretch their legs, and otherwise enjoy the only public green space north of the West River, please come to a very important meeting next Monday the 12th at the Brattleboro Savings & Loan building.
If there is widespread community support, Fulflex is interested in finding a win-win solution, where it gets value from the land and the community gets to preserve it as an open space. They haven't offered specifics yet, but the fact that they are open to working something out with the community is a big step. Now the most important thing is that people show up at the meeting--to share ideas, and to show Fulflex that the community is serious about finding a way to preserve the fields.
