In light of the Robert Woodward incident, I thought that there might be some local interest in listening to and perhaps joining in the discussion that is going to be happening on the NPR program Talk of the Nation.
It was announced that tomorrow (Tuesday, December 13th) there will be a discussion of: How police deal with the mentally ill in a potentially violent situation. The topic is being discussed in light of the incident at the Miami Airport.
In case you aren't familiar with the program, it is hosted by Neal Conan. He has expert guests speaking briefly about a topic, and then takes calls from listeners around the country.
It can be heard on New Hampshire Public Radio - 90.7 FM - at 2pm weekday afternoons.
