I know the show isn't in Brattleboro, but we're hoping that some of y'all will be willing to make the journey over the hill to the big city of Keene.
SugarHouse is a six-piece funk, rock, jazz, punk, can't-stick-'em-in-a-genre kind of band. We're known for taking familiar favorite and rearranging (de-ranging?) them with a funky twist..
Fronted by the highly unusual dynamic of three female lead singers, all six member of the band contribute to the high impact vocal sound.
We learned about the Moose Lodge from the Lovely Ladies (formerly) of the Rainbow Lounge. When asked to play we figured, "Hey, if they can handle Mama and Miss Kitty...they can handle a little SugarHouse."
It's an early show...we're starting at 8:00 and done by midnight.
