I live close to the parking garage on Elliott Street and last night I forgot my cell phone in my car. Well I had my jammies pants and a hoody on and decided that I would just run over and grab my phone.
Well on the way back there were a few guys in front of a local bar, after crossing the street one of them yelled, "Thats true vermont man, seeing some chick in her jammies".
Kind of flattered and embarrassed at the same time I yelled back and said, "you know what else is Vermont? seeing some guy in front of a bar, on a Tuesday", all the while chuckleing. I ment no disrespect at all. It was all in fun.
BUT, then it got me to thinking. What is Vermont famous for? I know, I know, fall foliage, maple syrup, and of course snow. When I think of NY, I think of the big apple, hotdog vendors, 911. Georgia, I think of peaches, Tenneessee, I think of country music. It got me to thinking abut what others think about Vermont. Especially Vermonters.

I am curious as to what others think. I might add that not all of my thoughts are all of good things either. BUT, I decided i would try to keep derogitory remarks out of this. But since there is "freedom of speech" please feel free to tell me your honest thoughts.
