The Jazz Beats have gained a reputation as one of the most innovative performance groups with their fusion of “jazz, blues, the Word, and fun." With their trademark style of political satire and humor, the Jazz Beats address themes as diverse as “Whites Only,” “Palestine” and voodoo love with a fresh lively panache. Audience roar with delight as "G.W. Bush" does his rappin' of "Amerika Uber Alles!" The improvisation of jazz and poetry is an astonishing flight of word.
Jazz Beats audiences sing along, cheer, and even dance in the aisles. The Jazz Beats recently completed a successful tour of Denmark, Holland, and England. For more about the group, visit www.jazzbeatblues.com.
