The Store Size Subcommittee to present an ordinance recommendation to the Brattleboro Planning Commission.

On Monday, April 10, starting at 6:00, the Store Size Subcommittee will present to the Brattleboro Planning Commission its Findings of Fact and Recommendations.
Specifically the Subcommittee is recommending that the
town adopt an ordinance requiring large retail stores with proposals for stores over 50,000 square feet to meet several requirements, including a review of how the proposed store will impact the town's economy. The
meeting is open to the public.
