I have heard a rumor that there is a gluten-free foods store opening in the area. Does anybody have the facts on this?
My wife is a gluten-free baker due to our son's dietary restrictions, and has learned to make everything from pancakes to birthday sheet cakes and wedding cake without glutenous flours.
We are always interested in new outlets for this vital food source for our son. Any help would be appreciated.
