America Is Bankrupt, What Do We Do?

Lets face facts, we survive now on imports, paid for with money accepted by other countries only because of fear of our weapons.

We have lost all respect internationally. Our children are now the most obese, most illiterate, most violent and most medicated children on the planet (look it up). And since children are the future, our future is . . . . .

The writing is on the wall for our nation as it is now. This is not an issue of pessimissm/optimism, happy thoughts won't change this reality. But I want to ensure the best possible future for my children, what do we do?

As a nation we are overall in the Denial stage of the loss process right now as a country. Since 50,000,000 people live within a four hour drive of Brattleboro, its that nasty ANGER stage of the process that scares me! (Its those stinkin TREE HUGGERS who did this to America! Look, Vermont - they got lots of them granola munchin types - lets GET em!)

How can we make sure that our region is a sturdy ship in which to weather the coming storm? Water and food are the clear cornerstones of our needs. Then warmth, medicine, clothing . . . and etc.

Should there be plans for controlling unlimited I-91 access to Vermont from the south? When people are hungry and scared they will do anything.
