Fishtanks

I have two Fishtanks. I keep tropical fish alive in my apartment. It's kind of creepy. When I think about aquariums like mine I can't help feeling guilty for participating in the practice of keeping these beautiful creatures confined in glass cells for their whole lives.

By the same token though, all fish great and small are fascinating, visually stimulating and beautiful, and they can be a peaceful influence on your home. Having them in my life is something like a blessing, and I provide a fantastic living environment for them free of predators and the ever more polluted natural waters of the world- they eat regular meals and they have well picked tank mates to interact with.

Anyway, I am someone who more and more every day realizes the problematic and stressful life of a fish owner. I can't keep my yap shut anymore. Expect a column - perhaps even bi weekly- on the home aquarium. Throw any tank questions you might have my way- If I can't answer them from my own acquired knowledge, I'll know where to look to find out for you.
