Brattleboro has received the draft FTA report and the town has decided to release it as a public document within the next few days.

"FTA Releases Draft Report
At noon today, January 8, 2007, the Brattleboro Town Manager’s Office received the draft Financial Management Oversight Review Report performed by Reid Consulting for the Federal Transit Administration. The Town has four weeks in which to respond to the report – detailing any corrective action plans and corresponding schedules. The FTA and Reid Consulting will then have an opportunity to review the Town’s response before issuing the final report.
While the FTA has determined this draft report is not a public document as defined by the Freedom of Information Act, the decision has been made by Town officials to treat the draft as a public document. The draft report will be released to the public within the next seventy-two hours."
