The charges against Lt. Ehren Watada for his refusal to deploy with his unit may be dropped after a mistrial was declared yesterday. In question now is "Double Jeopardy", which states that a defendant may not be tried twice for the same charges.
Watada refused to deploy under his belief that the Iraq "War" is illegal and immoral.
