The following is a response to Bob Grossbaum's Gaza "Reporter's" Lies from Mohammed Omer, mideast correspondent for the Vermont Guardian and the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs.

I find it sad that this man is so determined to protect Zionism and its apartheid policies that he finds it necessary to attempt to destroy a seventeen year old boy's reputation, a boy murdered getting ready for school in the morning. And like all people attempting to create cognitive dissonance on this issue, he throws in a number of false facts, easily disputed and shown for what they are.
Finally, the true identifier of a false argument is resorting to libel or slander. Personally, I'd give this effort a D, (I've definitely seen much better attempts to discredit me or even the Palestinian people) given that all of the facts he mentions as errant are easily proven accurate via official US, Israeli and UN sources.
CREATING COGNITIVE DISSONANCE-Zionist Activism
What you’re witnessing here is a disinformation campaign. It is a classic propaganda technique which uses broad generalizations, omissions, manufactured consent and the assumption you won’t do the research. It’s used on Amazon in an attempt to discredit books. FOX News continues to use it to press its agenda and ridicule those exposing them and we’ve seen it with the US Government in its justification for attacking Iraq and now Iran. This is nothing new.

ADRESSING LIBEL
According to my American legal advisors, Bob Grossbaum, (if that is indeed his real name) is engaging in libel, the direct attempt to harm me by undermining my credibility, reputation and ability to work. This is done for the purpose of deflecting attention and causing confusion.
The problem is, Mr. Grossbaum has Human Rights Watch, The Red Crescent Society, The Red Cross, The IDF's own Records, Ha'aretz Daily, The United Nations and every other credible source out there disputing him and proving him wrong. Under the guise of an opinion piece, his comments in this piece are clearly intent on inflicting harm and casting doubt. Currently we are researching real identity of Mr. Grossbaum; once discovered, appropriate actions shall be taken.
America is a wonderful country partly due to its free speech. Opinions yes, everyone should be entitled to speak his or her mind. Libel, as Mr. Grossbaum chooses to employ, no.
Too many people are dying on both sides because of the bad faith and dishonest tactics of people like Mr. Grossbaum. It is time such people were exposed and this ended.
