I'm watching a gardening show and just saw something that might be cool to try here someday.
There is a breed of pumpkin called "Dill Atlantic Giant" which actually grows big enough for an average size person to sit inside!
But that's not all, at the "Windsor Nova Scotia Pumpkin Regatta" people actually row hollowed out pumpkins like boats in a race.
Sounds like a nice addition to a fall festival to me.
