The second reading and vote of the draft Nudity Ordinance by the Brattleboro Selectboard will NOT be held on August 7 as originally scheduled. The second reading and vote will be held at the Selectboard’s regular meeting of *AUGUST 21*. A vote to extend the emergency Nudity Ordinance is scheduled for August 7. The reason for the delay is that the Board and Community’s attention over the past week has been focused on other Town issues. The Board hopes for a full discussion of the draft nudity ordinance on August 21, 2007."
