Okay, I can't remember the thread about customer service in Brattleboro . . . but I just have to relate what happened to me yesterday.
I went to Price Chopper, got some pasta salad from the deli -- it's marked $3.99/pound. Get to the register, my pound of pasta is $10.99. So, I ask this 15-16 year old young boy if he can do a price check, because this is wrong price. His reply, "I can't do anything about it." My reply, "Can't you get a price check?"
He calls a manager over. I ask him (because I'm generally a really nice person), are you having a rough day? He says, "No, I was really having good day until you came into my f'ing line." I can't believe I just heard this.
So, I say then, obviously, honey, you need a little bit of an attitude adjustment -- his reply, I don't f'ing think so. Manager comes over, kid says it was the right price, right, manager says no. Anyway, the point is I was really, really disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation.
