Presidential Succession

The Constitution states that the President and Vice-President must be natural born citizens of the USA. It also says that after the president the order of succession is vice-president, then Speaker of the House, then President pro-tem of the Senate, and then down the cabinet in order of when they were instituted.

My question is:

What if the president and vice-president die at about the same time, and the speaker is a foreign born naturalized citizen?

If the answer is that the baton is passed on down the line, what if the pres pro-tem and all the cabinet members are also foreign born naturalized citizens?
