A little over a week ago, I got a call from Ian Kiehle asking if I'd like to interview Presidential candidate and former Senator Mike Gravel. Gravel was instrumental in ending the draft and getting the Pentagon Papers into the public record, and has since devoted himself to citizen initiatives for democracy and a campaign for the presidency. I couldn't resist.
Below you'll find the complete interview - about 45 minutes - in which we discuss his recent departure from the Democrats, the internet, how corporations control debates, 9/11, conspiracies and much, much more. Whether you plan to vote for him or not, listen in. I found it to be quite interesting, and not quite what I expected.
