Has anyone else woken up to terrible unexplained odors in the early morning hours (3 or 4AM) downtown and in the Clark/ Canal St. areas? This should be a relatively clean air time with virtually no traffic on the roads but something nasty is brewing causing people to be awoken by it and closing bedroom windows to keep it out. Is the Frost St Mill spewing something vile at that tender hour? Is someone cooking chemicals? Has anyone else smelled something very unusually unhealthy??
