Brattleboro Winter Storm Brings Boredom

I'm a bit biased, but why not poke around the new b'media section?
You can watch the downtown cam (and now the option to view full
screen works - click on the little squares in the bottom corner), listen
to streaming radio, watch videos, look at pictures, or even take some
time and add other items to the collection. I've been having fun
watching episodes of Naked Brattleboro, and seeing a bit of the Music
for Trains concert again.
If that doesn't work, I'd suggest a cooking project of some sort. I'm
thinking of baking some bread and restocking my cupcake supply (just
in case we get snowed in).

Since I don't have to work today, I'm planning my garden for this Spring.
It's never too early for this. Ordering seeds.
Thinking of building a root/wine storage cellar. Sketching plans.
Researching ferro cement. Will it work?
oh...and of course...spending WAY too much time online.

Trying to think of someone who would like some genealogical and historical publications. I can't bear to throw them away, but I need to part with them.

My oublications are mostly genealogical. I do have many Vermont History magazines by the Vermont Historical Society.
I have material published by the National Genealogical Society, New England Historic and Genealogical Society, the Mayflower Society, and probably others.

my daughter loves Mama Mia the movie and so forth she loves the music, but than again I like it myself. Listening to it over and over again can be annoying though.
I am on Freecycle myself.

I am finishing off a blanket/afghan I have been crocheting for my boyfriend while listening to NHPR and alternately, Caroline Myss on "Why People Don't Heal."
Contemplation time is time well spent. The winter prepares us by giving us time to contemplate the new actions of our spring. Use this winter time well. Our spirits need a quiet time as does the grass in the ground. Winter is a time of quiet evolution that manifests later in the year.
Winter is also a time to dream new dreams and listen to any of our dreams at night.

I wish I had been bored today. I was trying to work while my children were trying to keep me from working. Boredom would have been a major improvement. :)

I know I should be contemplating as its almost Imbolc or for some Candlemas or what not. Just too restless! I need to ground properly. Maybe this dinner will help. I did finish a book I was reading and got in a nap as well I suppose i should not complain.
