It's official; the following are the candidates for Selectboard positions for the ensuing year:
1) 3 year term (Vote for one)
Richard DeGray (Incumbent)
George Harvey
2) 1 year Term (Vote for no more than two)
Jesse Corum (Incumbent)
John Allen (Incumbent)
Dora Boubolis
The race for the 3 year term is straightforward. Vote for the candidate of your choice. The candidate with the most votes wins.
For the two 1 year seats, it's a little more complicated. The two candidates accruing the greater number of votes will be elected. However, it is not necessary to vote for two of the three.
If your preference is for any two, vote for those two.
If you prefer only one, don't vote for two candidates. If you do, both votes will be given equal weight. A vote for a candidate you don't want can result in that person beating your first choice.
