Most of these cases should be self-explanatory.

On the Entergy application permission is sought for an elevator. The particular building or type/purpose of the elevator is not clear from these public notices. Call the Zoning Administrator for specifics.

The Achille application is, I think, a re-invention of the former Agway adjacent to Fulflex. This project has been in the pipeline for a while.

The Cersosimo application is part of the process advancing towards breaking ground on Brattleboro's newest park on Rte 30.

Anyone may visit these sites but be advised that observations may only be made from off-premises vantage points unless there is permission from the applicant. Otherwise it is trespassing.

I'm happy to see that more folks are getting a couple chickens in town. With a bit of planning, both a chicken coop and a veggie garden can work in town plots. It's been done before.

Chicken coops have been the most frequent applications of a similar kind for the last year! That and adding apartments in residential dwellings.

The movement towards food sustainability is picking up steam. Very slowly, but it IS happening.
