    2009-018 Achille Enterprises for George P. Achille; 1277 Putney Road; Commercial District; Request for Major Site Plan Approval for demolition of existing warehouse and retail store; construction of a warehouse, 1,440 sq. ft. greenhouse, 3,700 sq. ft. of exterior sheltered display area, 10,710 sq. ft. of outdoor product display area, 8,700 sq. ft. of outdoor product storage, and reconstruction of parking area and stormwater system; Tax Map Parcel #080039.000

    2009-019 Town of Brattleboro for Cersosimo Industries, Inc; West River Road; Commercial Office District; Request for Major Site Plan Approval, Flood Hazard Area Permit, Shoreland Development Approval, Minor Subdivision Approval and Local Act 250 Approval for construction of town recreational facility; Tax Map Parcel #070324.000

    2009-043 Renew Salvage; 16 Town Crier Drive; Commercial District; Request for Waiver of Dimensional Requirements and Major Site Plan Approval for new construction of additional retail, office and warehouse space to protect existing inventory. Project will utilize reused materials, storage of lumber under additional, freestanding storage building. And reconfiguration of interior existing space between occupants. Addresses ADA access issues and life safety issues while expanding job training program abilities; Tax Map Parcel #070761.100

    2009-044 BAFM; 21 Guilford St.; Residential District; Request for Major Site Plan Approval, Flood Hazard Area Approval, and Conditional Use to remove and recycle the existing vacant two-unit dwelling. Abandon old gravel entrance and driveway. Construct new entrance and circular lane to provide access to field covered parking spaces and farmers’ market vendor spaces.
