The recent meeting regarding the Chestnut Hill Reservoir that was held by our Selectboard, the Town Manager, the Public Works Department and DuBois & King was featured on Vermont Public Radio by VPR News Producer Susan Keese.
It's really a great story that offers a fair and balanced approach to the issue surronding the Reservoir and the Brattleboro community while also delving into the history of the area.

I loved the guy complaining about water problems on his street...that's right...the guy living on "Water Lane" He's apparently unaware of the mass of springs up on the hill and through out the area. He should note that the reservoir level has not gone down at all since the last draining. It has only gone up. So it's not leaking or even "trickling" out
Re-enforce the concrete, fix the gate house, fix the fence, fill it back up and leave it be!!!
