    let's see....

Brattleboro population as of U.S. Census: 12,005

So you've had many, many million more site visits
than the population of Brattleboro AND you're about
10,005 users away from overtaking the population of
    Brattleboro.

I wonder if anyone has a statistic of how many
    visitors visit Brattleboro a year?

    Congrats!

I'm guessing that every time one of us clicks on "ibrattleboro.com" it
counts as a visit? That would mean that I visited it on average,
several times a day, and probably thousands of times per year----just
me. So even if our town population is 12,500 or so, if half or even a
third of the town visited ibrattleboro on a regular basis, that would
account for a lot of the hits. Although I would say many ARE visiting
from other places, and regularly, but I would think each screen refresh
or visit online per day counts as a "new visitor"?

Page views, not visitors. (It might just be 4 people looking at 5 million
pages each.) We get about 1000-1500 unique visitors a day, though.
    Depends on the news.

Click on site stats in the above green bar. Look at the number of page
views and reload the page. If it's a slow time, it will increment by one.
