    * Make a pizza from scratch with a classic dough, classic shape and
    classic crust with simple toppings. Learn to use your hands, rolling
    pin and toss your pie in the air.

    * Eat pizza & have a drink with your classmates after you bake.

    Gluten-free pizzas are also in demand in Italy. There is a lot of information on this. I am planning to develop a dough recipe in time for my workshop. Thanks for the valuable suggestion.
