Hey everyone, I thought I'd give you all the low down on the state of my business.
I'm still working on getting a store front, Without which I can't stock up on beer and wine making supplies.
I'm currently investigating potential funding sources, including individual investors.
In the mean time, I DO have supplies for making cheese, several kinds of yogurt, kefir, sour cream, and creme fraiche. I also have a book on home cheese making and one aimed specifically at goat cheese production.
