    Troma Ngamo Healing Ceremony
    Tuesday, August 04 2009 @ 01:59 PM GMT+4
    Contributed by: NorahCook

SpiritualBodhivastu and The Evam Mingyur Ling Sacred Arts and Healing Sciences Center Present

    The U.S. Healing Tour

    Event in this area:

    Thursday, August 13 — 7-9 p.m.
    THE STONE CHURCH
Grove St. & Main St., Brattleboro, Vermont

This summer we have received the unexpected and very welcome news that Lama Rangbar Nyima Ozer and Lama Tsampa Laykyi will be united in conducting unique Sacred Healing Rituals and Ceremonies, as well as offering teachings on several Buddhist subjects. Furthermore, the proceeds from the U.S. Healing Tour will be dedicated to the initial stages of Bodhivastu and the Phuntsok Chorten (see www.Bodhivastu.org) for the benefit of the Earth and all beings.

On August 13, Thursday evenign at 7 p.m., in Brattleboro, Vermont, Lama Rangbar and Lama Laykyi will conduct the following healing ceremony:

From The Treasure of Traktung Dudjom Lingpa:
    Troma Ngamo,
    The Black Wrathful Mother,
    The Primordial Sun of Wisdom,
“The Offering of One Hundred Hand Prints”

Lama Rangbar explains: All diseases, ailments, and maladies occur due to the conjoining of inner causes with outer conditions. The inner causes come from a host of factors, including the five poisons of mind, karmic debts, and accumulation of negativity, negative patterns, and habits. By offering “one hundred handprints,” Lamas performing the ceremony are able to effect the paying back of all types of karmic debts of life, life-force, flesh, happiness, dwellings, and so on. This ransom ritual will be performed by Lama Rangbar assisted by Lama Laykyi.

NOTE: Attendees should bring coins, some small cut fragments of their clothing, and, if a relative or friend is unable to attend, they can send the same items, and a small, full-body photo of the individual(s) needing help. A donation would also be greatly appreciated.

Registration recommended. A sliding-scale donation of $30 to $75 is requested; no one turned away for lack of funds; please consider that your generosity allows others to attend.

Individual consultations, for healing and for divination, are also offered during the morning hours of August 13 and 14. Time is limited, so please contact me soon if a session is desired. Fee: $100/half hour.

Contact Nancy Crompton at nancy.crompton@gmail.com or 802-254-8568.

All proceeds of the above events go towards the establishment of Bodhivastu. See www.bodhivastu.org for information on this project as it proceeds.

The following gives more information about Lama Rangbar, Lama Laykyi, and the Bodhivastu Foundation:

Recognized as the activity emanation of the Yogi and Loppön, Tulku Chimed Yugyal of Rangnang Ogminling Dzogchenpa Monastery in Kham, Tibet, Lama Rangbar Nyima Özer (Yugyal Tulku) exemplifies the transfer of Eastern wisdom to the Western mind, having absorbed these living traditions over the past 30 years. He is one of the few Westerners who can lucidly explain Tibetan Buddhist principles, based on direct experience and realization. Lama Rangbar’s root guru is H.H. Dunjom Rinpoche. He has studied with H.H. Chadral Sangye Dorje Rinpoche, Dungtse Thinlay Norbu Rinpoche, H.H. Trulshig Rinpoche, H.H. Shenphen Dawa Rinpoche, Ngak Chang Karma Gyalpo Rinpoche, Lama Wangdu Rinpoche, and Acharya Dawa Chodrak Rinpoche. Lama Rangbar is the director of Bodhivastu and Evam Mingyur Ling Buddhist Healing Sciences Center (The Place of Unchanging Great Bliss) in Nepal, where he has lived for the past 18 years.

Lama Rangbar will be accompanied and assisted by Lama Tsampa Laykyi of Bhutan during the U.S. Healing Tour. Lama Laykyi, of Mongngor Dzong in central Bhutan, was born into a family of the bone (father) lineage of Dorje Lingpa, one of the several Lingpas who are great spiritual treasure revealers (Tertons). Lama Tsampa is a wandering Yogi who spends most of his time in retreat in the Himalayan mountains, but has recently arrived in the United States for this Healing Tour and for the accomplishment of Bodhivastu and the Phuntsok Chorten, which he envisioned, separately and simultaneously with Lama Rangbar, as a center of healing and peace.

    Individual Readings and Sessions with
    Lama Rangbar and Lama Laykyi

Both Lama Rangbar and Lama Laykyi will be available for individual consultations about life situations and spiritual practice questions. Lama Rangbar often offers individual practices, mantric/blessings and healings, as well as sacred blessing substances. Venues and dates can be confirmed with local contacts. One half-hour session: $100. All proceeds go toward the accomplishment of Bodhivastu and the Phuntsok Chorten.
