    HealthFall is the perfect time to re-prioritize your health--and now is the perfect time to take advantage of the early-bird discounts for the upcoming Kripalu YogaDANCE Sessions in Marlboro, VT with a Free Session Preview Class on Thursday, Sep. 3 at 6:30 pm!

    Enjoy 13 classes for $89 (less than $7 each; makeups included) when you enroll NOW in either the Monday morning session for women or the Thursday evening session for men, women & youth with these 3 easy enrollment options:

    --mail your check to me (Kelly Salasin) by Tuesday, Sept. 1: POB 37, Marlboro, VT 05344
    --come to the FREE YogaDANCE Session Preview Class on Sep. 3 at 6:30 at MES (free for newcomers and session enrollees!)
    --drop your check off at: Sweeties Market or at Marlboro Elementary School, both on Route 9 in Marlboro-- by Friday, Sep. 4.

    Carpoolers and other long-distance "travelers" can take an additional $5 off the session rate-- and family members and double dancers (both Mon/Thur.) can add on the session for as low as $4-6 a class.

    All classes held at the Marlboro Elementary School on Route 9 in VT. Dress to move, dance barefoot, bring water, mats optional. If you can take a brisk walk, you can YogaDANCE, skill & experience delighfully irrelevant!

    The Monday session for women meets at 9:00 am, Sep.21-Dec.21.
    The Thursday session for men, women & youth meets at 6:30 pm, Sep. 10-Dec.10.
