I am currently enrolled in a course called Food, Farms and Famine at Rensselaer and this link is to a blog where we discuss ongoing conversation in class as well as current readings and other blogs and other outside resources. The main topic of the course relates to current events surrounding food and agriculture and to debate the major issues facing the global food system.
I post the link on iBrattleboro because I think our community members would be interested in a lot of the topics that arise. We post one or two posts a day throughout the course of the semester.
It's open to the public and we welcome comments. We're excited to share our ideas with everyone in hopes of teaching other as well as learning new things ourselves.
