The brainchild of Rob Dyrdek- from Rob and Big fame...
I see that California Skateparks is the builder of the course, which gets set up at each arena. They were one of the companies that expressed interest in helping develop the Brattleboro Site. They built the massive park in Bristol, CT.

Here's a glimpse of one of the founders of street skating.
The skate coalition is soley focued on getting a park. My interest here is something bigger, and addresses the notion of how the community sees itself, and treats its youth. "Be patient", or "STFU", or any of the other messages of delay or denial, is not said to artists and athletes of other forms, and that's why we persist in speaking up for ourselves and those too young to yet find a voice.

I noticed that at the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards this weekend, the
boys and girls across the country chose a skateboarder as "Best Male
Athlete." Ryan Sheckler beat Shaun White, LeBron James, and Kobe
Bryant to take home the orange blimp.
