Because I do not listen to any radio station besides WRSI, NPR and WVEW,
I have managed NOT to hear Katty Perry's song "Teenage Dream".*
Well, until yesterday....
Just one listen, just one, and
I can't get it out of my head.
Over and over and over. snippets of it keep richocetting around in my skull.
"We are going to be
young forever!"
AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !
"Be my teenage dream, you put sugar in my cream, I'm gonna live forever"
Ok, those aren't the right lyrics, but they aren't far off.
Will I ever regain the use of my inner auditory processing portions of my brain ???

* who knows who wrote it. She sings it, some production music factory team with graduate degrees in psychology or music or advertising, which they put to bad use, probably actually wrote the lyrics and "compsed" the melody.

Sing the words of the Gilligan's Island to the tune of Amazing
Grace.
That should clear out the pathways. Repeat as necessary.
