    Sounds wonderful.

I didn't see Dan Houghton listed this year.

Dan isn't playing at the festival this year, though I think it's quite likely we'll see him back another year.

The roster of performers changes somewhat each year. There are so many amazingly talented traditional musicians in the area! And a one-day festival is not enough time to showcase them all, nor to address all possible or even just all popular topics in the workshops.

The schedule and performers vary from year to year, but the basic commitment to celebrating traditional music and offering "something for everyone" remains the same.

Fans of Dan's playing might especially want to check out Phelan Muller's bagpipe performance in the youth showcase, along with Shannon Heaton's flute and whistle workshop, and her evening performance.

Is everything listed happening at NEYT except for the
    Pub Sing at 2:30?

That could be a more clear.

The Irish/Scottish session, Pub Sing, and French Canadian session are all happening (as usual) at McNeill's Pub on Elliot Street.

The Slow Jam will be at NEYT this year, where in the past it has also been at McNeill's.
