The design shows the existing (nude) beach, soccer/lacrosse field, playground area, picnic area, softball field, river access, practice field, dog area, community garden, and skate park.

This proposal is Article 16 at the 2008 Brattleboro Representative Town Meeting: "Proposed Recreational Facilities Off Route 30."

Article 16 was passed at the 2008 Representative Town Meeting.
