Southern Vermont Dance Festival Brown Bag Lunch

River Garden Brown bag lunch series continues

 

All Brown Bag Lunch events take place from noon to 1 p.m. at the Robert H Gibson River Garden, 157 Main St., Brattleboro, and are free and open to the public.

Come on Thursday June 12th at 12pm
to hear incredible talks and discussion on SVDF, dance and the
importance of arts in our community for economic development and more. 
Also experience a sample of performances
that will be shown at the Southern Vermont Dance Festival.  Southern
Vermont Dance Festival brings speakers, Brenda Siegel, Artistic
Executive Director of Southern Vermont Dance Festival, Donlin Foreman,
Principle Dancer with Martha Graham 1977­ 1996 and co­founder of the
Buglisi/Foreman Dance (1993 ­2005); Alisa Hauser has danced on Broadway
in Disney's Beauty and The Beast, Grease, and Thoroughly Modern
Millie. She has danced in regional and stock productions of such great
dance musicals such as A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Carousel, and Sweet
Charity. She has been teaching musical theatre and dance for the past
10years in the NYC area and most recently in Brattleboro. She holds a
BFA in Musical Theatre from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music;
Stephen Stearns, and Gail Nunziata.  Performers for this event will be
Daemon Honeycutt, IBIT Dance Company and More!

Performers as well as speakers of all kinds are invited to be a part of this series. If interested, please stop at the Stroll office at the River Garden, or call 802-246-0982.
