Free Kids Class! Fun Foods From Around the World: Syria

Date & Time:
Apr 25 2017 - 3:30pm - 5:00pm

In the spring time in the Arab world, homes are filled with the sweet smell of ma'amul pastries baking in the oven. These date and nut filled treasures herald the new season of warm and new beginnings. In our Co-op kitchen, we will make the semolina based dough and also fill the pastries with cooked carrots, the Vermont Harvest of the Month! Sahten! (Enjoy!)
