Welcome to the Groups Group

Group Viewing Ski Jump Thanks for joining.

We'll use this group as a way for people to test things out and ask general questions, so that  the other groups can stay on topic.

Let's begin with a basic feature of Groups.

One thing you can do with a Group is have a Group  Post, like this.

You can use the image-picker to add an image, too, like the picture of the group of ski jump  fans.

Final basic lesson: you can add comments to posts like this (see below).

looking for someone to show me around thank you call anytime 579 2166

Weirdly, when I go from Bookworms group to another I have to re-log in. Dunno why or how that happens. Just FYI.

Also, I don't get any notifications of people wanting to join or new comments on Bookworms, if I'm supposed to get those...? I'm not knowing.

starting a new group

I joined the groups group because I got the misimpression that's what you do to start a new group.

I want to start a board games group. How do I do that?

starting a group

You can start a group by going to the Groups page (upper green bar) then clicking on the link in the first paragraph up top.

Just a note to let you know we are working on getting the new groups looking the way this and the Knitting one do... they should all be the same, but for some reason those new groups aren't displaying all the info. Thanks for starting them so we can work out these issues.

This could be useful.

In Groups, one can comment. This is good for people who want to converse in more detail on a topic without distractions.

It's a good idea

Groups could go anywhere on anything and on iBratt they probably will.
