St. Michael’s Episcopal Church seeks a warm, organized and flexible Parish Administrator to join its dynamic staff. The Parish Administrator is an integral part of the ministry leadership team, managing daily operations of the parish office, overseeing the timely production of parish publications, coordinating building use, supervising staff and working with volunteers.
Position Qualifications
- Very strong organizational skills
- Excellent pastoral and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Mailchimp and Excel; training in membership software will be provided.
- Knowledge of web and social network communications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train and work with volunteers of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- An alignment with the values of St. Michael’s
- A good sense of humor
