I would like a 1 bedroom APT with a very large bedroom seperate from kitchen. I am a typical non-smoker with musical instuments. I am active in the daytime, and do not play late into the night or loudly. I would prefer a quieter building with no children, and neighbors who are more independent but would stay familiar. 800/mnth.
++Plus if you are a landlord who would have garden work for me to pitch in/&learn more.
