Mr. Crowell has solved the problem of what should be done about the proposed change on Flat street by buying the Frost meadow property outright. His purchase includes all the land and buildings on the south side of the street out as far as Ross White and Rockwell & Sherwin buildings. Mr. Crowell’s purchase will convert Flat street into an almost exclusively manufacturing street. The price paid for the property is understood to be $8000.
