Fuller Battery Uniforms To Have Red Plumes

Event date: Feb 12, 1875

Fuller Battery is recruiting to 75 men and is to have four guns. F.S. Brackett & Co. are to make the uniforms, which are patterned after the 5th Massachusetts Battery. The helmets are of the Prussian pattern surmounted by a red flowing plume, a style now coming largely in use with American artillery companies.
